Data That May Exist
FieldLog may contain user-created content, settings and technical data associated with enabled services. Storage behavior must be confirmed against the released build.
Delete App Content
Delete individual project photos or projects with available app controls, clear completed projects where supported, and delete exported PDFs separately from the device file manager. Android Settings can clear app storage; uninstalling removes app-managed data according to Android behavior.
Support-Related Information
To request deletion of information sent to support, email support@sayrishlab.com with the subject “FieldLog Data Deletion Request”. Include the email used, the approximate contact date and enough detail to locate the request.
Processing Time
Eligible support-data deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days. Identity may need to be reasonably verified. Data required by law, security or legitimate recordkeeping may be retained for the applicable period.
