Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, the stage of delivery, the payment provider and rights available under applicable law.
For digital products, subscriptions or in-app purchases handled by an app store or external payment provider, refund requests may need to be submitted through that provider under its rules. Store policies can apply in addition to this policy.
If SayrishLab sells a digital item directly, a refund may be considered where the item was not delivered, materially fails to match the stated offer, or another refund right applies by law. A request may be refused where a digital item has been fully delivered or substantially used and no defect or legal refund right exists.
For custom development, design or consulting work, deposits, milestones and refund conditions should be stated in the relevant proposal or agreement. Work already completed, third-party costs and approved milestones may be non-refundable unless the agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us with the transaction reference, date and product or service name. Do not send full payment-card details.
Email support@sayrishlab.com with the product or service name, transaction date, payment provider, transaction or order reference and the reason for the request. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify the transaction.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where technically possible. The time for funds to appear can depend on banks, app stores or payment providers.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
