This Privacy Policy describes how the application handles information when you use document scanning, OCR, PDF conversion, QR and barcode scanning, signature and file-management features.

The application may request access to certain device features only when needed to provide its core functionality.

• Camera access to scan documents, ID cards, QR codes and barcodes.
• Photos or media access to import images and documents.
• File access to save, open, export and manage PDFs or images.
• Notification access for optional reminders or status alerts.
• Internet access for advertisements, updates and external links.

SayrishLab does not request permissions that are unrelated to the intended operation of the application.

Scanned documents, PDF files, imported images, saved signatures and OCR results are generally stored locally on your device.

SayrishLab does not automatically upload your scanned documents or file contents to a SayrishLab server.

You remain responsible for managing, deleting, backing up or sharing files created using the application.

Sayrish Scan AI may use optical character recognition technology to identify text contained in images or scanned documents.

OCR processing is performed on the device whenever supported by the technology used in the application. Extracted text remains under your control unless you choose to copy, save, export or share it.

The application may request the following permissions:

• Camera: Required for document, ID card, QR code and barcode scanning.
• Photos and Media: Used to select images and documents already stored on your device.
• File Access: Used to save, import, open, rename, share or export supported files.
• Notifications: Used only when optional alerts or reminders are enabled.

You may deny or revoke permissions through your Android device settings. Some app features may not work without the relevant permission.

The free version of Sayrish Scan AI may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob or another approved advertising provider.

Advertising providers may process limited device, advertising, diagnostic or interaction information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements.

Sayrish Scan AI may use limited, non-document diagnostic information to identify crashes, improve performance and maintain application stability.

Diagnostic information may include the app version, Android version, device model, crash details and basic performance data.

Scanned document contents, OCR text and saved signatures are not intended to be included in crash or analytics reporting.

The application may use trusted third-party technologies and Android platform services, including:

• Google Play Services
• Google ML Kit
• Google AdMob
• Android Camera and file-management components
• Google Play Billing, if premium features are offered

These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. SayrishLab does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse or accidental loss of app-related data.

However, no device, software application or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Protect your device using a PIN, password or biometric lock.
• Do not share confidential files with unknown recipients.
• Delete sensitive scans when they are no longer required.
• Keep Android and the application updated.

SayrishLab does not sell, rent or trade the contents of your scanned documents.

Information or files are shared only when you initiate an action, such as:

• Sharing a PDF or image through another application.
• Sending extracted text by email or messaging service.
• Printing a document.
• Saving files to an external storage provider.
• Opening a file with another application.

After you share a file, the receiving application or service may process it according to its own privacy practices.

Sayrish Scan AI is not specifically directed toward children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their location.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through SayrishLab servers.

Because app-created content is primarily stored on your device, you can manage it directly.

• Delete scanned documents and PDFs.
• Delete saved signatures and OCR text.
• Clear the application cache.
• Disable optional permissions.
• Remove the application from your device.
• Manage advertising choices through device or consent settings.

Uninstalling the application may remove locally stored app data, except files that you separately exported or saved outside the application’s private storage.

SayrishLab may update this Privacy Policy when application features, legal requirements or third-party services change.

The revised policy will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the application after an update means the revised policy applies to your future use of the app.
