1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors of sayrishlab.com and people who contact SayrishLab through website forms, support channels or product-related enquiries. A specific SayrishLab app or service may publish additional privacy information where its data handling differs from the website. In that situation, the product-specific notice should be read together with this policy.

02

2. Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, enquiry category, subject, message, project requirements, support details and any files or screenshots you intentionally send. If you join product updates, we may receive the email address you submit and your consent choice. Please do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, payment-card numbers or other secrets through ordinary forms or email.

03

3. Technical information generated during a visit

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may process limited technical data needed to deliver pages safely and reliably. This can include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, response codes, basic diagnostic events and security logs. This information is primarily used for website delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and service protection.

04

4. How we use personal information

We use information only where there is a reasonable operational purpose. Typical purposes include replying to enquiries, providing requested support, discussing a proposed project, maintaining website and product security, diagnosing errors, preventing spam or abuse, delivering requested communications, keeping necessary business records, improving usability and meeting legal or contractual obligations. We do not use contact-form information to make unrelated automated decisions about visitors.

05

5. Legal bases and consent

The legal basis for processing depends on the interaction and the law that applies. Processing may be necessary to respond to a request, take steps before entering a contract, perform an agreement, protect legitimate operational or security interests, comply with a legal obligation, or rely on consent where consent is required. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing, subject to any information we must retain for another lawful reason.

06

6. Cookies and local browser storage

The website may use essential cookies or similar browser storage for WordPress sessions, security, preferences and core functionality. Optional analytics, marketing or third-party technologies should only be enabled where appropriate and, when required, after the relevant choice or consent. The separate Cookie Policy explains the categories of cookies and how visitors can control them.

07

7. Analytics and measurement

SayrishLab may use limited measurement tools to understand page performance, traffic patterns and product interest. We aim to avoid collecting more data than is reasonably necessary for that purpose. If a third-party analytics service is enabled, that provider may process technical identifiers according to its own terms and privacy documentation. Optional analytics should be disabled where consent is required but has not been provided.

08

8. Service providers and infrastructure

We may use specialist providers for web hosting, content delivery, security, email delivery, support tools, analytics, payment processing, cloud services or app distribution. These providers may process information only to the extent needed to provide their service or meet their own legal obligations. Their independent services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SayrishLab does not sell personal information as a standalone business activity.

09

9. App stores, YouTube and external websites

Our pages may link to Google Play, YouTube, external websites and other services. When you follow an external link, that provider may collect information under its own rules. SayrishLab does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Review the relevant third-party policy before providing information or creating an account.

10

10. International processing and transfers

Digital services can use infrastructure located in more than one country. Where information is processed or transferred internationally, we aim to use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards required by the applicable data-protection framework. The exact countries involved can depend on the hosting, email, analytics, support or cloud providers active at the time.

11

11. How long we keep information

We do not keep personal information indefinitely simply because it was collected. Retention depends on why the information is needed. Enquiries may be retained long enough to answer the request and maintain reasonable business records; support records may be kept while they remain relevant to troubleshooting or product history; security logs may be retained for a limited protection and investigation period; contractual or transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute or legal purposes. When information is no longer reasonably required, it should be deleted, anonymised or securely archived where appropriate.

12

12. Security measures

We use reasonable safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. These may include access controls, maintained software, hosting security, transport encryption where supported, backups, monitoring and limiting access to people or providers who need it. No internet service or storage system can promise absolute security, so visitors should also protect their devices, accounts and credentials.

13

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask whether we process your personal information, request access to a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict certain processing, object to certain uses, request portability, or withdraw consent. Some rights have legal exceptions—for example where records must be retained to comply with law, establish legal claims, prevent fraud or protect security.

14

14. How to make a privacy request

Send a request to support@sayrishlab.com and identify the SayrishLab product, website interaction or enquiry the request relates to. To protect users, we may ask for enough information to reasonably verify that the requester is entitled to the data involved. We will not ask for passwords or one-time security codes to verify a privacy request.

15

15. Children and young users

SayrishLab does not intentionally design the general website to collect personal information from children. If a specific product is intended for younger users, it should provide product-specific safeguards and disclosures. If you believe a child has submitted personal information inappropriately, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

16

16. Automated spam and security checks

Messages or traffic may be assessed by automated anti-spam, firewall or abuse-detection systems to protect the website and its users. These checks are used for operational security rather than to make high-impact decisions about individuals.

17

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when SayrishLab launches new products, changes service providers, improves privacy practices or needs to reflect legal or operational changes. The latest published version and its update date will appear on this page. Material changes may also be highlighted through the website or relevant product where appropriate.

18

18. Contact SayrishLab about privacy

For privacy questions, requests or concerns, email support@sayrishlab.com. Please describe the issue clearly and mention the relevant page, product or interaction so we can route the request correctly.

This page provides general website information and does not replace product-specific terms, store policies or rights that apply under mandatory law.
